How do I use the Probiotic Foods & Liquids?
Probiotic Foods blends & capsules are to be taken everyday to help you get nutrition to the cells – this will help the immune system stay strong all year round. Best to use the Probiotic Liquids at the first onset of a cold, gastric distress, pain or inflammaton, take a 15ml serving and up to 45ml can be consumed daily diluted in water.

Do I keep taking my Probiotic Foods powder alongside the Liquids?
Yes 🙂 Bio-fermented liquids provide extra support if you are experiencing digestive issues, onset of illness, inflammation or pain. They can be taken at intervals during the day, separate from Probiotic Foods.

Are they safe for Children + Pregnancy?
They are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your health professional for advice. Children 3 years and above can take half of the recommended adult quantity.
