Learn about the vital role you gut plays with your everyday health and wellbeing. We asked Don a couple of quick questions about his upcoming trip.
What do you enjoy most about doing the rural visits?
Rural towns are great, many people have a good idea of what it takes to fertilise soil for good crops and therefore understand the importance of nutrition and good bacteria in the human body.
Will you be doing any sight seeing or adventurous activities whilst out there?
I always look around a town before I do an event. This gives me an idea of the nature of the place I am speaking at. I like to learn what the community is about and what drives them.
What are you looking forward to about in Alice Springs?
Darwin is a place I deliberately never went to because I knew too many people who went there and never came back as they loved the place so much! So really looking forward to Darwin. I’m taking a trip on the The Ghan so I’ll get to see the Northern Territory at ground level. So many Australians never get to see the Red Centre, so I’m very fortunate. This is the real Australia. Such a spiritual and special place. Alice has so many things I’d like to see so doing a talk in Alice is a bonus all round. What a way to finish my touring for the year.
